To begin, login. Then, click the KB icon at the top of the page. Next, click "Create New Article," give it a title, write the article or paste it from another source, choose or create a new category, check "yes" on Published and click "Create Article" button to post. That's it.
Hint: If you want it to be internal only, leave it unpublished by selecting "No."
Now share it with the world, and in particular, when anyone asks you "How do I write an article in my GrooveHQ knowledge base." This happens to me often. Get it?
